At CupEdge we take privacy seriously. This policy explains what personal data we process through cupedge.com, for what purpose and what rights you have, in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Spanish Organic Law 3/2018 (LOPDGDD).

2. What data we process
We only process the data needed to provide you with the service:
- Contact form: name, email address, company (optional) and the content of the message you send us.
- Email communications: the data you include when writing to info@cupedge.com.
- Browsing data: aggregated, anonymous usage statistics and performance metrics. We don't use tracking cookies or build profiles (see section 8).
3. Purpose and legal basis
- To handle your enquiry and get in touch with you. Legal basis: your consent, given when you submit the form or write to us (art. 6.1.a GDPR).
- To manage and improve the website through anonymous statistics. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in maintaining and optimising the Website (art. 6.1.f GDPR).
4. Data retention
We keep contact data for as long as needed to handle your request and, if we begin a business relationship, for its duration and the applicable legal periods. Afterwards the data is duly deleted or blocked.
5. Recipients and data processors
We don't sell or transfer your data to third parties. To provide the service we rely on providers acting as data processors, with appropriate safeguards:
- Vercel Inc. — website hosting and (anonymous) usage and performance analytics.
- Resend — delivery of the emails generated by the contact form.
- Cloudflare, Inc. — management of the domain's DNS and email.
- Google (Gmail) — receiving and managing the emails sent to info@cupedge.com.
Some of these providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. In such cases, those transfers are covered by the safeguards provided for by the GDPR (such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses).
6. Your rights
You may exercise at any time your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and data portability, as well as withdraw the consent given. To do so, write to us at info@cupedge.com indicating the right you wish to exercise.
If you believe we haven't handled your request properly, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD).
7. Security
We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data against unauthorised access, loss or alteration. Communication with the Website is carried out over an encrypted connection (HTTPS).
8. Cookies
This site does not use advertising or tracking cookies. Usage and performance statistics are collected anonymously and without cookies. Only strictly technical cookies necessary for the site to work may be used, which are exempt from the consent requirement.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy to adapt it to legislative or service changes. We will always publish the current version on this page, with its last updated date.
